Refund policy

Our Policy

At Rise + Redemption, we do not offer returns or refunds.
We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit within the guidelines below.

Please read carefully before purchasing.


All Sale Items Are Final Sale

The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Markdown/Sale items

  • Asher Collection

  • Harley Tees

  • Vintage items

  • Mystery Bags

  • Toys

These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

We encourage you to review sizing and product details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to ordering via email ordersupport@riseandredemption, we’re happy to help.


Exchanges (If Applicable)

We accept exchanges on full-price items that are:

  • New

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • Requested within 14 days of purchase

For online orders:

  • If you need a different size in the same item → we will swap it out (based on availability).

  • If you would prefer a different item → store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the item.

We do not offer refunds, only store credit.


Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.

Once your item is received and approved, we will process your exchange or issue store credit.


EU Customers — Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This applies to all items, including sale items.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at rise.and.redemption@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

This right does not apply to custom or personalized items, sealed goods that have been opened for hygiene reasons, or digital products that have been accessed.
